Can the SOS.DAT (FTP) data or AOE100R1 (Reporting App) be Accessed via API?

The SOS.DAT file and AOE100R1 report are both available through the Shipping Library’s GetStatusOfShipments endpoint

Yes. This article provides a comparison of the Schedule of Shipments data from the SOS.DAT report (FTP), AOE100R1 report (Reporting App) and the GetStatusOfShipments data in the Shipping Library accessed through the Swift+ API.
