Does ONEOK Provide Loading Authorizations and Bill of Lading Services?

DTN TABS and Toptech TDS provide the following capabilities:

• Allocation Management
  Enforces supplier allocations controls - including volume, product, and/or credit limits to manage liftings. 

• Automated Bill of Lading (BOL) Generation
  Sends Bill of Lading data after it books in our system,  this is generally within 5 - 15  minutes of the load being completed.  

• Inventory & Accounting Integration
  Transmits lifting activity and BOL data to suppliers and shippers in near real-time to support inventory reconciliation, invoicing, and compliance reporting.

Supported 3rd Party Allocation & BOL Services

ONEOK supports the following services:

• DTN TABS
• Toptech TDS

• Carrier Authorizations (Required for all Carriers and associated terminals)

  • Managed within the Loading module in Swift
  • Supplier grants a carrier the authorization to pull product from their inventory at the terminal.

DTN TABS requires setup with both DTN and ONEOK before it can be used at ONEOK terminals.

1. DTN Setup

• Customers must contract directly with DTN for TABS services

2. ONEOK Setup

After completing DTN enrollment:

• Email: ATLASShipperServices@oneok.com

• To complete setup, customer must provide the following information:

  • TABS ID
  • The specific terminals where the service should be enabled
  • PIDX System version (1 or 4.01)
  • Communication type: Authorization Only, Bill of Lading (BOL) Only, or both Authorization and BOL

  If the setup needs to take effect at a specific date and time, this requirement must be clearly communicated at the time of request.

  Once configured, changes typically become effective at the terminal within approximately 15 minutes.

This step ensures ONEOK enables the correct DTN services and terminal locations for your company.
