Does ONEOK Provide Product Authorizations and Bill of Lading Services?

Product Authorization & Bill of Lading (BOL) Services

Yes, on behalf of our customers, ONEOK transmits allocation and BOL data to the applicable service provider.

Overview of Services

DTN TABS and Toptech TDS provide the following capabilities:

  • Product Allocation Management
    Enforces supplier and/or carrier-specific volume limits at the terminal to prevent over-lifting. Tracks real-time lifting activity against daily, monthly, or contractual allocations set by the supplier.

  • Automated Bill of Lading (BOL) Generation
    Sends Bill of Lading data within 5 minutes of the load being completed.  This captures product type, volume, carrier, driver and destination

  • Inventory & Accounting Integration
    Transmits lifting activity and BOL data to suppliers and shippers in near real-time to support inventory reconciliation, invoicing, and compliance reporting.

These services ensure that the correct carrier receives the correct product, in the correct quantity, with complete and accurate custody transfer documentation.

ONEOK – Swift Carrier Authorizations

 

DTN TABS

DTN TABS requires setup with both DTN and ONEOK before it can be used at ONEOK terminals.

1. DTN Setup

  • Customers must contract directly with DTN for TABS services
  • Enrollment information is available here:

2. ONEOK Setup

After completing DTN enrollment:

  • Email: ATLASShipperServices@oneok.com
  • Submit the required onboarding form (attachment required)

This step ensures ONEOK enables the correct DTN services and terminal locations for your company.

Pricing

  • $0.50 per Bill of Lading (BOL)

Toptech TDS

Toptech TDS also requires coordination with both Toptech and ONEOK prior to use.

  • Customers must contract directly with Toptech for TDS services
  • Enrollment information is available here:

2. ONEOK Setup

After completing Toptech enrollment:
