The GetCapacityLeasingInvoices endpoint in the Billing Library can be filtered to display specific transaction types.

Time-Based Invoice Codes

SUBSCRIPTI	SUBSCRIPTION PLAN	Swift+ Subscriptions based on annual volume thresholds/tier election. Annual rate is billed equally over 12 months. More details: https://products.oneok.com/swiftplus.
CAPLSE	CAPACITY LEASE TIME-BASED	Monthly invoices for leased capacity on the pipeline. Charges apply whether product is shipped or not.
FACILITY	FACILITY LEASE	Monthly invoice for rental services - Non Storage or Tank lease agreements. Charges apply regardless of whether the shipper utilizes the facility.
ADDTIME	ADDITIVE TIME-BASED	Monthly invoice lease of additive system - not the cost of the additive.
FACILLAND	LAND LEASE	Monthly invoice for land lease. - Non Storage or Tank Lease agreements.
STORTANK	TANK LEASE STORAGE	Monthly invoice for storage lease agreements; Renewable fuels and Site specific.
MISCTIME	MISCELLANEOUS TIME BASED	Used for various one off billing of services
STORSYS	SYSTEM STORAGE SERVICES	Monthly Invoice for Storage lease agreements.
