March 2026: 1.39.0 Swift Release

Enhanced Status Terminology within Batches, Reconsignments and PTOs. Minor Loading Module Feature Enhancements and Fixes.

This release focuses on updated status language for Batches, Reconsignments and PTOs as well as minor enhancements and fixes to the Loading features.
 
Users will experience fewer blank or error pages and more accurate data display (such as dates, volumes, and statuses). Several enhancements align Swift behavior more closely with legacy expectations while improving overall consistency across screens and devices.

BUG FIXES

  • Navigation and Filter Fixes
    • Users no longer receive an error page when selecting products with a '%' in their names when View by Products within My Authorizations.
    • Create drawers now proper open after a user bulk turns on or off Supplier Authorizations.
    • Users now able to filter by Status in Authorization Sequencing.
  • Correct Volume Setting for Unlimited and Limited Supplier Authorizations
    Resolved an issue where Unlimited and Limited Supplier Authorizations were having their remaining volumes incorrectly set to 0, causing loading errors at the rack.
  • Customer Authorization List Refresh
    Resolved an issue where the Customer Authorization list did not refresh after activating or deactivating a record. The updated status appears immediately after the update finishes processing

ENHANCEMENTS

  • Updated Status Terminology
    • Statuses for batches, shipments and distributions have been updated to better align with industry terminology:
      Previous Status Updated Status
      Processing Scheduled
      In Transit Open
      Shipped Closed
      • Additionally, a new 'Needs Attention' status will display on batches with pending statuses but have an Available Date that is greater than 7 days in the future.

    • Reconsignments now show a 'Scheduled' status for records only waiting for a transfer date to arrive before booking

 
    • Product Transfer Orders now have a new 'Scheduled' column containing transactions waiting for a transfer date to arrive before booking.
PTO_status
  • Customer And Carrier Restrictions
    • Swift will no longer set mutual restrictions on both Customer and Carrier Authorization records.
      • Setting restrictions will only affect the record that is being created/updated.

  • Customer Authorizations
    • Users can now link any destination to a loading control number while editing a Customer Authorization.
      • Creating a new Customer Authorization will still present a limited list of destinations based on the selected teriminal(s) of the auth being created.
    • Users are no longer able to Activate or Deactivate a customer authorization from the Edit drawer, preventing conflicting updates from happening.
      • Users will now need to use the Activate/Deactivate actions within the grid or in the elipsis menu.
  • Remaining Volume Display for Supplier and My Auths
    • Users can now see Remaining Volume for non-unlimited type Supplier and My Authorizations.
