Loading Features Defined
Modules and Definitions
Self Authorization (FKA Product Authorization / “PA”)
Allows an Inventory Owner to enable or disable specific products for loading at a Refined Products track rack.
This is the first required step to make a product available for loading and is managed directly by the Inventory Owner.
Supplier Authorization
Grants a Supplier permission to load an Inventory Owner’s base or custom product at a Refined Products track rack.
This Authorization is created and controlled by the Inventory Owner.
My Authorizations
Displays all Product Authorizations that have been granted to you by Inventory Owners, providing visibility into which products and permissions you are approved to load.
Carrier Authorization
Allows a Supplier to authorize carrier companies to load product on the Supplier’s behalf at a Refined Products track rack.
Customer Authorization (FKA Customer Control / CCI in ATLAS)
Defines who the product is being delivered to and where it is going.
This authorization allows you to set up and manage customers at terminals, establish loading limits (such as volume caps), link deliveries to specific destinations, and create/manage Loading Control Numbers (LCNs) for tracking full truck movements.
Authorization Sequencing
Allows Suppliers to define the priority order in which their Supplier Authorizations are used during loading.
This determines which Inventory Owner’s product is drawn first across all products and locations.
Allocation Loading Percentage
Represents the percentage of terminal inventory allocated to a specific company at a Refined Products terminal.
When a terminal is on allocation, this percentage determines how much product your company is allowed to load.
Terminal Locator
An interactive map of Refined Products terminals showing available products and additives. It also allows users to enroll in terminal notifications, such as outages and maintenance events, through Swift.
