📣 Enhancements: Three (3)

BUG FIXES

  • Loading > Authorization Sequencing: Fixed an issue where Authorization Sequencing records could not be retrieved if any authorizations existed at non-RACK locations.

  • Loading > Customer Authorizations: Fixed an issue where adding new locations to Unlimited Authorizations incorrectly set remaining volume to zero (0), blocking customer loading.

ENHANCEMENTS

Batches

New Distillate Requirements: 1090 Product Designations:

To support EPA compliance and improve product tracking, Swift now includes 1090 product designation fields in the 'Create' and 'Edit' Batch flow.

  • Required for both gasoline and distillate product batches.
  • If previously provided, these fields will pre-populate when copying an existing or recent Batch.
  • Included in the Excel export, outside the data grid, for each Batch in the downloaded CSV file downloaded.

If unsure about your product's designation, please contact your company's regulatory compliance lead for guidance.

Optimized View Based on Screen Size: Depending on screen size, users now receive either the table list view or the card view by default for optimal data display and readibility.

Customer Authorizations: Real-Time Authorization Updates to Terminals

  • To improve terminal responsiveness, activating or deactivating authorizations via direct actions now sends updates to terminals throughout the day, rather than waiting for the nightly sync.

    Key Details:

    • Use the ellipsis menu or click the customer name to access the grey “Activate” or “Deactivate” buttons. These actions now trigger real-time updates to terminals.
    • The “Auth Active” toggle in the Edit drawer still relies on the nightly update to take effect. This will be addressed in an upcoming release.

Terminal Information

  • The left-hand navigation menu (hamburger) is updated with more direct routing to the Terminal Locator function.
