Enhancements to Swift Reconsignments

BUG FIXES

  • Corrected the behavior where non-numeric input in 'Transfer Volume' field of Reconsignments temporarily shows zero (0) but was reverting to a previously-entered value.
  • Fixed an issue where the 'Unsaved Changes' dialog appears even if no changes are made; the 'Save' button now behaves correctly.
  • 'Edit Reconsignment:'
    • Corrected 'Transfer Date' updating with incorrect value (one day early) 
    • Fixed the issue that prevented users from switching between gasoline and non-gasoline products.
  • Auto Reconsignment: 
    • Fixed the 'Show Filters' feature that was not filtering results in overview.
    • Removed the incorrect volume validation in 'Edit Auto Reconsignment.'

ENHANCEMENTS

GENERAL: Login & Access

  • Enhanced login experience: Users without access to Swift will see a notice informing them to contact their Security Administrator.

Reconsignment: Editing & Copying

  • Removed all 'Delete' actions from Customer Authorizations to prevent unintended behavior.
  • Prevented users from selecting the same Origin more than once in the 'Create 1:Many' workflow
  • Automatically clears the selected 'From Location' when key input parameters are changed in Step 1 of the Create 1:Many workflow.
  • Updated the date picker to correctly open to the selected month and year when editing or copying a Reconsignment.
  • Standardized column headers in 1:Many RCN tables by displaying in bold 

Reconsignment: Table & User Experience 

  • Column settings now persist and sorting is enabled for the 'Allocation' column in Step 2 of 'Create 1:Many.'
  • Disabled column filtering and settings in the 'Step 2 To Location' table to align with Step 1 behavior.
  • Automatically closes the action menu after opening 'Copy Reconsignment' drawer to prevent user experience screen overlap.
  • Improved 'Clear Filters' functionality to reset the filter panel without prematurely refreshing results.
  • Added 'Booked Date' to the confirmation page for successfully booked 1: Many Reconsignments.
  • Removed leading zeros from volume fields in the 'Create New Auto Reconsignment' drawer.
  • Ensured that edited values on the confirmation page remain intact when switching tabs.
  • Restricted view-only users from editing or copying Reconsignments and Auto-Reconsignments.
