Carrier Authorizations

What is a Carrier Authorization?

An authorization provided by a Supplier to a Carrier allowing them to load product on behalf of the Supplier at a ONEOK truck rack. In swift a supplier can create, manage and view their given carrier authorizations. 

How do I create a new Carrier Authorization?

1. Swift Homepage > Loading > Carrier Authorizations
2. Right hand side > New Authorization
3. Select to authorize by Carrier or Location
4. Select the Carrier or Location from the dropdown > Continue
5. Select the Carriers or Locations or select all > Continue
6. Choose whether to allow loading for all, or only selected
7. Submit

How do I edit a Carrier Authorization?

1. Swift Homepage > Loading > Carrier Authorizations
2. Right hand side > Filter by carrier or location
3. Click Edit on desired authorization card

How do I manage restricted customers on my Carrier Authorization?

1. Swift Landing Page > Loading > Carrier Authorizations
2. Click Edit on the Carrier Authorization
   1. Select Allow loading for all customers so the carrier can load for any customer with a valid Customer Auth Loading Control Number (LCN).
      
      OR
   2. Choose Allow loading for selected customers 
      
      1. Click into the Search bar and select the customer(s) that the carrier can load for at the terminal
      2. To remove a customer from the list, click the 'x' on the customer to be removed
3. Save the authorization
